Join us for an exciting cooking class with Elisha where we begin with a creamy, smoky Baba Ghanoush served with crisp, colorful crudité for a perfect Mediterranean-inspired appetizer. Next roll up your sleeves to make the main course: succulent Greek shrimp, paired with crispy herb-tossed potatoes and a refreshing Mediterranean salad. To wrap things up, there will be delicious roasted cherry Stracciatella ice cream, a unique twist on a classic dessert that combines the sweetness of roasted cherries with the indulgence of creamy ice cream. It’s an unforgettable journey through fresh, bold flavors from the Mediterranean! This class is not only scrumptious but also free of gluten, nut, grain, and dairy! Recipes will be included.
