Get ready for Cinco de Mayo in our HKS Kitchen with Helen Lampkin and some of her favorite Mexican-style dishes that are big crowd pleasers! Enjoy Helen's Pozole when you arrive and one of her soon to be famous Margarita Milkshakes to get your taste buds going. In the hands on portion of the class, Helen will lead participants in making a batch of Baja Guacamole. Next, guests will make Tequila Chicken Fajitas with homemade flour tortillas. Finish the night off with her delicious Margarita inspired dessert. Helen will share her tips for hosting large get togethers and how to prep as the host/hostess. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.
