Embark on a Spanish culinary journey in this exciting tapas class with Chef Kevin, starting with a flavorful appetizer of tender braised squid, setting the stage for a delicious experience. You’ll then master the art of making Iberico ham croquetas, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Followed by the classic and hearty patatas bravas and smoky, mildly spicy pimientos de padron. To complement these dishes, we’ll serve a refreshing coctel Mallorca, a vibrant cocktail that adds a touch of Spain to the experience. Whether you're a novice or an experienced cook, this class will transport you straight to the heart of Spain with every bite! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
Chef Quinn is originally from New Jersey and has A LOT of experience in cooking. He went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and then worked in several well known restaurants, including The Barr Mansion, and the Gotham City Restaurant Group. He has a passion for teaching and has taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Escoffier. Outside of work, he mentors high school students in cooking competitions and enjoys golfing, relaxing, and traveling with his family.
