Embark on a culinary journey through the vibrant flavors of Spain as we kick off the evening with a tantalizing appetizer: Pinchos Morunos (succulent seasoned and grilled pork loin), served alongside spiced hummus and grilled bread, perfectly paired with a delightful sangria. Prepare to dive into the heart of Spanish cuisine with our hands-on experience. Learn the art of crafting Gambas Al Ajillo, a delectable garlic-infused shrimp dish, and master the creation of Pan Con Tomate, a rustic Spanish tomato bread bursting with flavor. Cap off the evening by creating a classic Tortilla Española, a comforting Spanish omelet that embodies the essence of Spanish culinary tradition. Join us for an unforgettable culinary adventure that celebrates the rich and vibrant flavors of Spain under the guidance of Chef Kevin Quinn. Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person.

Chef Quinn is originally from New Jersey and has A LOT of experience in cooking. He went to the Culinary Institute of America in New York and then worked in several well known restaurants, including The Barr Mansion, and the Gotham City Restaurant Group. He has a passion for teaching and has taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Escoffier. Outside of work, he mentors high school students in cooking competitions and enjoys golfing, relaxing, and traveling with his family.
