You will begin with a delectable appetizer of mushroom & bacon spread served with crispy crostini, offering a savory and rich start to your meal. Following that, you will prepare a velvety mushroom bisque, a smooth and comforting soup that highlights the deep, earthy flavors of mushrooms. To round out your menu, you will create roasted mushroom risotto, a luxurious and creamy dish brimming with roasted mushrooms and aromatic herbs. This class promises a flavorful exploration of mushrooms, perfect for enhancing your cooking skills and delighting your taste buds. Recipes will be provided. Tickets available per person.

Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.
