In this class, you’ll roll up your sleeves and use a chef-provided \u003cstrong\u003eSourdough Crust \u003c\/strong\u003eto learn the basics of sourdough pizza making. And you’ll also learn how to craft a \u003cstrong\u003eHouse-Made Red Sauce\u003c\/strong\u003e before layering on toppings like \u003cstrong\u003eMozzarella, Basil, Sausage, and Pepperoni\u003c\/strong\u003e. Once we pop your pizza into our ovens during class, chef will guide you through the steps of preparing a \u003cstrong\u003eSourdough Take-Home Dough \u003c\/strong\u003eso you can make it fresh and just the way you like it in your very own oven. If you’re ready to think beyond the sourdough loaf, this class will definitely have you rolling in the pizza dough. Recipes will be provided.
