After completing her training in the UK she came to Big Cedar Lodge in Branson, Missouri, as a culinary intern. After that, she worked in the UK and Asia to further her culinary knowledge. Since moving to NWA with her family she has turned her hand to indoor farming. She currently owns and operates a small microgreens farm in Bentonville and gets immense joy in sharing them with others.
