She has always loved baking and is a self-taught cookie decorator. Ellen was first introduced to rolled sugar cookies in the seventh grade, and they have been her favorite sweet treat to bake ever since. While she has been making sugar cookies for years, it was just a few years ago that she began to decorate with royal icing. As Ellen honed her skills, she began her business and began teaching classes.
