Join Chef Erin’s inaugural class at the HKS Kitchen and celebrate the delightful tastes of summer! Enjoy a Grilled Corn and Zucchini Succotash appetizer on arrival to wake your taste buds up. During the interactive segment, Chef Erin will lead guests in crafting a vibrant Burst Cherry Tomato and Pancetta Bruschetta on gluten-free bread, as well as a Grilled Shrimp and Green Bean Salad. To cap off the evening, indulge in Lemon-Basil Shortbread Cookies and Blackberry Ice Cream. Come join us for an evening full of the most delicious summer flavors that Arkansas has to offer! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

Erin Szopiak, MS, RD, LD, CCMS - Founder of NWA Culinary Wellness
Erin is a Chef Instructor, Registered Dietitian, and a Certified Culinary Medical Specialist (CCMS). She has a passion for teaching and enjoys incorporating fresh ingredients into her dishes whenever possible.  Erin combines culinary expertise with a strong foundation in nutrition to inspire people towards delicious and balanced eating habits and shares this with the public through her business, NWA Culinary Wellness.  @nwaculinarywellness
