We’ll kick off the session with a delicious appetizer of stuffed dates, prepared by Helen, that sets the tone for an extraordinary meal. Next, you’ll dive into making crab-stuffed jalapeños, where tender crab meat meets spicy, smoky jalapeños in a perfect blend of flavors. Finally, you will prepare stuffed Italian pasta sea shells topped with marinara, a comforting dish filled with a rich blend of cheeses and herbs, baked to golden perfection. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or a kitchen newbie, this class offers a delicious exploration of flavors and techniques that will impress at any gathering! Recipes will be provided. MEET THE CHEF:
