Prepare yourself for a spine-chilling evening with Chef Becky in the HKS kitchen! The night begins in the graveyard with a spooky “never trust the living” black bean dip and creepy dippers that will have you trembling with delight. As the main event, you’ll conjure up a bio-exorcist green curry with shrimp, adding a ghoulish twist to the evening. And no fright fest would be complete without summoning the ghost with the most—cap the night with a “Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice” cocktail. These hauntingly delicious dishes will tantalize your taste buds while being free of artificial dyes and flavors, and entirely gluten and dairy-free! It’s showtime! Must be 21+.

MEET THE CHEF

While traveling around the world, Becky Miller developed a passion for food that is delicious, nutritious, and sustainable. Her goal became to share the importance of food with others and to build connections between our food, the planet, and our health. Becky now works for the North West Arkansas Food Bank as the Nutrition Education Coordinator helping people across the region develop the skills and knowledge to make healthy (and delicious) choices and helping people build confidence and life skills. Her passion is making food to fuel a full life without ever sacrificing flavor.
