Join Chef Brittany and the HKS kitchen team for an unforgettable culinary experience here in downtown Rogers! You'll start with a delightful appetizer of crisp crudités paired with a luscious whipped feta dip. Next, you'll be mixing up a refreshing arugula beet salad with creamy goat cheese and a tangy balsamic vinaigrette. For the main course, master the art of risotto alla parmigiana with butternut squash, blending rich, savory flavors with the sweet, earthy notes of seasonal squash. Finally, enjoy the classic dessert of crème brûlée with a perfectly caramelized top and velvety custard, complemented by fresh, juicy strawberries. This hands-on class offers an opportunity to enhance your cooking skills and savor a delicious meal crafted by you. Recipes are included. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF

Chef Brittany Eddelbuttel, small business owner of Eddelbuttel Nutrition and faculty member at Brightwater, is a Registered Dietitian and holds a master’s degree in human nutrition. Chef Brittany is originally from New South Wales, Australia and has lived in Bentonville for 20 years. Chef Brittany completed her AAS in culinary arts at NWACC, completed her undergraduate degree in dietetics at the University of Arkansas, and competed her Master of Science at the University of Alabama. Brittany enjoys working alongside skilled professionals and being an educator and mentor to both students and the community. Chef Brittany specializes in easy and nutritious meals that anyone can do at home. In her free time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, frequenting farmers markets, and dining at local restaurants. Chef Brittany is the owner and founder of Eddelbuttel Nutrition; offering convenient Telehealth nutrition counseling, meal planning, meal preparation, and private cooking lessons.
