with Helen Lampkin, Founder of My Brother's Salsa and Helen's Table

Join Helen in our HKS Kitchen for another Farm to Fork cooking class featuring seasonal produce!  Learn how to utilize vegetables and fruits from farmers market finds or even your own garden with Helen's tried and true recipes. Our culinary journey begins with a tantalizing appetizer: chile relleno bites. For the hands-on portion we'll dive into the heartiness of roasted potato, black bean, and hominy enchiladas, where layers of savory ingredients are wrapped in warm tortillas and smothered in a rich, flavorful sauce. Finishing the evening with a sizzling nacho skillet bake, a mouthwatering masterpiece loaded with all your favorite nacho toppings, baked to cheesy perfection. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a culinary novice, this class promises to ignite your taste buds and inspire your creativity in the kitchen!

*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.*
