Join Helen in our HKS Kitchen for another Farm to Fork cooking class featuring seasonal produce!  Learn how to utilize vegetables and fruits from farmers market finds or even your own garden with Helen's tried and true recipes. To start the evening you will be greeted with a squash blossom appetizer made by Chef Helen. Moving into the hands-on portion, celebrate summer's bounty with zucchini pancakes, and a zucchini tart. Throughout the class you'll learn to create delightful dishes bursting with seasonal flavors! Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:

Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.  You can follow Helen on instagram @helenstable
