Join us on a Farm-to-Fork journey and lend an EAR while Helen explains the deliciousness of farm-fresh corn and its versatile flavors. Guests will be treated to a mouth-watering Mexican Street Corn appetizer to start the evening. For the hands on portion of class guests will create a delectable Pan Seared Scallop and Creamed Corn dish. To top off the night, whip up a heavenly Sweet Corn Pudding. Get ready for a flavorful A-MAISE-ING night! Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:

Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.  You can follow Helen on instagram @helenstable
