As summer approaches, the allure of fresh peaches becomes irresistible. In this peachy class led by Chef Helen, participants will immerse themselves in all things peach. The journey begins with a zesty appetizer of Peach Salsa and corn chips. But that’s just the beginning! The hands-on portion of the class promises to be anything but the pits. Participants will learn the art of crafting succulent Pork Tenderloin with juicy grilled peaches. And to top it all off, they’ll master the art of creating a delectable Peach Cobbler. So, be a peach and come to this class! Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:

Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.  You can follow Helen on instagram @helenstable
