You will start with a seasonal appetizer prepared by Chef Graham that highlights the best of what's currently available in NWA, offering a refreshing and delightful start to your night. You will learn the art of making a succulent pan fried chicken sandwich, homemade spread and toppings for the ultimate in delicious, handheld comfort. Next, jump into action as you prepare a zesty red cabbage and apple slaw, combining crunchy cabbage with sweet apples for a perfect balance of flavors. Up next you will craft a unique pimento, BBQ, and bacon pasta salad, blending smoky BBQ flavors with creamy pimento cheese and crispy bacon for a hearty, satisfying side. This class is a fantastic opportunity to explore seasonal ingredients and learn how to create dishes that are both inventive and comforting. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:
Graham Sloter, currently the sous chef at Heirloom at the 1907, found his passion for cooking in his childhood, inspired by his mother’s time in the kitchen. After training at Brightwater Culinary School and working under Chef Matt Cooper, Graham is now studying organic farming at the Center of Arkansas Food and Farms (CAFF). He’s excited to share his love for simple, ingredient-focused cooking with you.
