As the hands-on portion of the class unfolds, participants will master the art of creating fresh Summer Rolls, paired with a delectable Hoisin Peanut Sauce. End the night on a sweet and tropical note, with a luscious Coconut Banana Pudding. And the best part? This class is vegan-friendly, ensuring that everyone can savor the vibrant flavors of Southeast Asia! Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person.

Sandy Thana is a culinary enthusiast with a passion for Vietnamese cuisine and a flair for home cooking creativity. Raised by a single mother who imparted the art of Vietnamese cooking, Sandy developed a deep appreciation for the flavors and techniques of this vibrant culinary tradition from an early age.
Bringing a taste of California to Northwest Arkansas, Sandy relocated three years ago, infusing her new surroundings with the rich tapestry of flavors they learned in their upbringing. Through her culinary journey, she discovered the joy of sharing her love for Vietnamese food with others, whether it's through teaching classes or crafting mouthwatering dishes for friends and family.
When she's not rolling up deliciousness in the kitchen, you can catch her hosting pop-up food events, spreading flavor-packed fun wherever she goes!
